Did Officer Derek Chauvin Mean to Kill George Floyd?

It seems to me he did. He looks like a professional killer the way that he did it.

There is no doubt Officer Derek Chauvin murdered George Floyd while two other officers held his legs the other one stood guard, which makes them accomplices.

So it makes one wonder if the police are arresting someone or are they killing them.
