The Last Resurrection and the Last Trumpet

This will occur after the thousand year reign of Jesus. As you know Satan is bound for these same thousand years.

What happens after the thousand years? Jesus returns to heaven and Satan is set free.

Now that Satan is set free he goes out to deceive the nations again and however long it takes him, mounts an army to over throw the camp of the Saints at Jerusalem/Israel.

When he and his army encompasses the camp of the saints, fire comes down from heaven and consumes them and Satan is than cast into the Lake of Fire where the Beast/his Son and the False prophet are.

Now is the judgement, now is the last resurrection.

For us Saints, it goes like this...

1 Corinthians 15:52-58 King James Version

52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?

56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.

57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

So, will we hear Jesus voice?

John 5:24-30 King James Version

24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

25 Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.

26 For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself;

27 And hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man.

28 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,

29 And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.

30 I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.

We will all rise living and dead in that day...

1 Thessalonians 4:16-17King James Version (KJV)

16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

This is the Last Resurrection, some call it the rapture.

This is what the Holy Spirit teaches, not man.
