The Beast is the son of Satan. He rules over the world at this time by the UN.

6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.

So, the four horsemen are just different forms of the beast's true self. To him, you are just God's creation that Satan hates and he wants to destroy us.
