I have spoken to a preacher and am aware of others that have been tempted to do the following and God is against this belief...
God is not going to hold you guiltless if you are secretly carrying. We are shepherds not gunmen. Repent right now. I will also add that you bring sinners to repentance or reject them openly before all to see and you will have obeyed God's will.
